Terms of Service

Cambist Exchange Services, hereafter known as Cambist, is an automatic digital currency exchange provider which deals in e-gold, LibertyReserve, e-Bullion, 1mdc, and WebMoney.

Cambist agrees to accept your spent funds from various digital currency issuers we support through our website interface or from other such transactions as we see fit to accept.

Cambist agrees to spend into your digital currency account funds from your spend to us, less any applicable fees, including transaction fees, spend fees, storage fees, agio fees, and any other fees we may be obligated to pay.

We agree to perform automated or manual transactions as we see fit, according to the rates we have published at the time the transaction is initiated, to the best of our ability, as quickly as we are able to do so. Most of our automated exchanges take place within minutes of your execution order. However, our system interfaces with other software systems outside of our control. Changes to digital currency vendor software and any other circumstances beyond our control may limit the speed with which transactions are processed.

Cambist does not agree to provide timely exchanges. The technical systems of our exchange service may not function, for reasons beyond our control, or for any other reason, in which case exchanges will be provided with the best alternative possible.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount of money you have asked us to exchange, less our fees. Under no circumstances should you organize your affairs to depend on the speed of transactions normally provided by the Cambist system. Cambist disavows any liability due to the inability of our system to provide exchanges in a timely fashion. If you are counting on the timing of exchanges, you are taking a risk which is entirely your responsibility. By using our system, you specifically agree that Cambist is not obligated to meet any schedule of exchange.

Cambist warrants its exchange service to the amount of funds accepted for exchange by our system, less applicable fees at the rates published on our website. Cambist does not warrant that our system is available for use at any particular time. Cambist shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, or for any loss of profit or loss of business opportunity owing to timing of exchanges, or for any other reason. By using our system, you specifically agree that our only liability is for the amount of funds you have placed with us for exchange, less applicable fees at the published rates.

Cambist provides no other warranty, provides its exchange service as is, and denies any other implied, express, or legislated warranties. Cambist disavows any other obligation to you. If you don't find this disclaimer satisfactory, you agree that you shall not use our system.

These terms and conditions are the exact terms and conditions of use of our service. They are not subject to interpretation, adjudication, or modification without the express written consent of Cambist. You may contact us via email at: site@autocambist.com

You, the user, agree that you are responsible for your own actions, choices, and purchase decisions. Use of our exchange service functions as agreement to these terms.

This agreement is the property of Cambist. It may not be used, quoted, excerpted, altered, copied, distributed, or published without the express written consent of Cambist. This agreement is also copyright © 2004 Cambist and all rights under copyright are reserved. The presence of this copyright notice does not limit our other recourse to protect our property. Cambist Exchange Services, Cambist, and Cambist.net are trademarks and service marks. The user agrees to respect our property in this agreement and in our trademarks. e-gold, e-Bullion, LibertyReserve, 1MDC, and WebMoney are the trademarks and property of their respective owners.

Adjudication of disputes under this agreement are handled under binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association.
